back to work, part 2 last thursday i went back to work after 2 weeks; tomorrow morning i go back to the gym. i feel completely incapable of it.

i asked for and got the nike+ ipod sport kit for christmas. i'm hoping the lure of a new toy will carry me back to the treadmill if my willpower can't.
